Other Information Collected:

Syzygic, LLC. also collects other profile data including but not limited to: 
personal interests, gender, age, education and occupation in order to conduct research pertaining to civic life 
and social networks.  We also track non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, 
aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to manage the website, track usage and improve the 
website services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide consenting 
website users with relevant services and advertisements to members. User IP addresses are recorded for security and 
monitoring purposes. 

BY SUBMITTING PERSONAL INFORMATION TO US, AND/OR BY USING OUR SITE, YOU AGREE THAT WE MAY COLLECT, 
USE AND DISCLOSE SUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND AS PERMITTED OR REQUIRED BY LAW.

MOBILIZEUS.COM TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Terms:

This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the terms for your use of the MOBILIZEUS.COM website. 
By using the website, you agree to be bound by this agreement, whether you are a Visitor- you only browse the website, 
or you are a Member- you are registered with MOBILIZEUS.COM. The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. 
Please read this Agreement carefully.  If you cannot agree to the rules, you should leave the MOBILIZEUS.COM 
website and discontinue use of the MOBILIZEUS.COM services immediately. If you wish to become a Member, 
you must read this Agreement and accept it during the Registration process.
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use MOBILIZEUS.COM. 
You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on your membership page. 
We reserve the right to terminate your Membership at any time, without warning.

Eligibility:

By using MOBILIZEUS.COM, you signify and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful 
and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are over 13 years of age; 
and (d) your use of the website does not violate any applicable and law or regulation. 

Nondiscrimination Policy:  

Syzygic, LLC. will not practice, nor tolerate discrimination on the basis of sex, age, race, national origin, 
class, religion, or physical handicap or disability. We condemn any and all activity that promotes bigotry, 
hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual, and/or harasses or advocates harassment 
of another person; Accordingly, Syzygic, LLC. reserves the right to review any and all content posted on MOBILIZEUS.COM.  
Website users will be notified of any content Azoutreach determines to be discriminatory or inconsistent with 
the organization's principles.  If the content is not modified, and submitted for review, it will be removed.

Content:

In addition to the previously stated restrictions, your individual profile and/or group page may not include any 
photographs containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise 
objectionable subject matter. Despite this prohibition, information provided by other Members may contain 
inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit material, products or services.  Syzygic, LLC. 
assumes no responsibility or liability for this material. If you become aware of misconduct by any person, please 
contact the website administrator or click on the "Report Abuse" at the top of the MOBILIZEUS.COM homepage.

Etiquette:

There is a difference between providing constructive criticism and being malicious.  Please refrain from being 
derogatory to anyone in anyway.  Feel free to challenge, but do not mock or denigrate other contributors' 
beliefs/ideas. Do not assume you know what someone else believes or thinks. Ask them before jumping to conclusions. 
Be friendly, or at the least civil. It's not hard. Everyone can do it. It you are angry by what you read DO NOT comment. 
Calm down, think and only then consider commenting. Think before you contribute.  Once you've said it you've said it. 
If you regret what you say then you should apologize. 

Commercial Use: 

The individual profiles and social groups pages are for the personal use of Members only and 
may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. For-profit business that meet our criteria and 
nonprofit organization that wish to set up group pages must apply for formal group status.  Unauthorized use of 
MOBILIZEUS.COM including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means 
for the purpose of sending unsolicited email is prohibited. Commercial advertisements, links, and other forms 
of solicitation may be removed from the website without notice.

MOBILIZEUS.COM website.  Member profiles and group pages may contain links to other websites. Syzygic, LLC. 
is not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed on such websites, and such websites are in 
no way investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by Syzygic, LLC.  Accordingly, when you 
access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.
